All Onsite Service 75.00/HR (Ottawa/Gatineau)

Unlike most other computer companies, we do NOT charge travel time.
You are invoiced only when the technician is at your premise.

Most basic service calls are completed within 1 Hour.

Extended sessions can be at reduced rates and are at the customers/technicians discretion.

In rare instances,  where a major service overhaul or repair is required, we may ask to repair your PC offsite saving you money.

Payment  is by Cheque/MO/Cash

Due to high service fees associated with credit card vendors we do not to accept CC's at this time.
